Seventeen months old and a first haircut!!!
Since I had the day off (love Lincoln's birthday), we took Jayden to Carmen's barber this morning for his first haircut. I was worried but Jayden, as usual, was amazing. We sat him up on the chair and he just sat there, silently, the whole time. It helped that there was a giant television in front of him but he also just was patient. It was kind of sad to watch his curls fall to the ground, but he looks super cute with his short hair too.

Also, I figured out today how to use those nifty little elastic things inside kids' pants so that the waistband isn't huge. It only took me this long to figure out how amazing they are! |
