First, a video from last week of tummy time. Dakota is starting to get fussy (and oops again - I took the video sideways!), but you can see her little legs kicking like crazy and moving herself around a little bit.
I told Carmen when Jayden was little, I always thought it was silly that we had to keep a hand on a newborn on the changing table, because they didn't move. Well, I get it now. Dakota is just a wiggly little girl, I'd totally expect her to wiggle herself off of a changing table.
And a couple videos of big brother - little sister "love."
In the first one, he had done the same thing a minute earlier and she made some cute little noises back to him. Of course by the time I get my camera, she stops making noises. But you can see her react physically to him. And she was being so patient and he was being so gentle. But you can imagine how this "love" aka torture is going to progress as the two of them get older. In all seriousness, I can't wait to witness it. I have a feeling Dakota is going to be Jayden's shadow, and Jayden is going to bask in all the glory.
